This value-add 91-unit luxury assisted living project is located in the center of the most developed suburban city, Katy, in the Houston MSA. The purpose of this project is to create a premium living experience for our future senior residents. Vibrant is designed with two outdoor green spaces, an 88-seat restaurant with 24 private dining rooms, and a host of amenities inside. Amenities that will be available to residents include a beauty salon, massage room, laundry room, library, chapel, fitness room, snack shop, theatre, and concierge room. The project will be delivered in May 2021.
